August Closes Out Today…

How’s it going?

Today is the last day of August 2017. This month, I was able to try some new things to promote a book of mine, reach out to new potential clients, enter a funny writerly contest, and pick up a lot of new knowledge, which I hope to put into practice in the near, near future.

I know I keep jabbering about this (and I try to keep it once every two to three months), but posting at the beginning or end of a month is something I only get to do once in a while, when the month switches on a weekday.

I think a combination of knowing I have to move forward, knowing I can’t go back, and knowing I’m yet where I want to be with my life is what gets me about month beginnings and endings.

Or maybe it’s thinking about my characters, or the journey I want to take my prospects or their prospects on with emails or what-have-ya that gets me thinking like this.

How about you? Drop me a line in the comments below about how the changing months impact your view of life (even if they don’t impact it at all). I’d love to hear your take on it.

Tomorrow is September 1st.

I appreciate you sticking around to read this, and I’ll see you then.

Tomorrow is also Triple F. Be sure to stop by.

Until next time,

About Ty Mall

Thanks for stopping by. I've almost always been interested in writing, among other things. Along with discovering pop culture, I've uncovered a lot about the craft over the past 10 years. And whether you're a fiction writer or email copywriter, I'm here to pass on what I've found out. And have a ton of fun in the process.
